I had a wonderful stay, appreciating the friendly front desk staff and the clean room setup, which made my explorations easy and enjoyable, as I could walk to nearby spots like the White Mountain Dinosaur Exploration Center and Sipe White Mountain Wilderness Area without any hassle.

I had a pleasant two-night stay with a very clean, comfortable room and great breakfast options. The decor was surprisingly modern and fresh, which made it feel nice and welcoming.

The fresh catch from the local rivers is to die for, and I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a diner with the best fry bread I've ever tasted! Plus, the staff were incredibly responsive to requests, making my stay more enjoyable.

The beds were a tad firm, making me toss and turn a bit, and the parking lot had its quirks, but really, it all added character to the stay!

The newly renovated lobby had bright colors and a welcoming atmosphere. It felt accessible and safe for seniors like me, which made my stay even more pleasant and comfortable each time I returned to my room.

There were questionable odors and visible debris, like hair and grime on surfaces. Although the bed was comfortable, concerns over the condition of the bathroom—especially a less-than-clean toilet—tainted the experience. Noise from footsteps above was noticeable and annoying, detracting from overall comfort during the stay.

We had a lovely stay here with our kids and our dog! The location was perfect for our fishing trip to nearby Big Lake Recreation Area. Plus, the room had a flat-screen TV and comfortable beds, making our downtime enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast area could use some improvement for families with little ones.
